Processing Time
- We carefully hand-make our products in small batches to maintain exceptional freshness.
- Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales), please allow up to 5 business days—we'll keep you updated via email.
Shipping Methods & Rates (Continental U.S.)
- We ship via USPS or Fed Ex for reliable, trackable delivery.

Delivery Times
- Once shipped, continental U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days.
- Tracking information is emailed as soon as your package leaves our farm-fresh facility.
Important Notes
- Heat-Sensitive Products: Our lotions and lip balms are natural and can soften in extreme heat. We may hold shipments during heat waves (or add ice packs for a small fee) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Contact us if you're in a hot climate!
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: Flat rate shipping applies—calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time (we're a small farm team focusing on U.S. neighbors for now).
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Yes, we ship there via USPS!
