Bergamot Oil
Bergamot is extracted from the peel of the Bargamot Orange (Citrus bergamia) and has a light citrus scent with floral notes. Some practicioners add bergamot oil to water for use as a health tonic while others recommend using it topically or orally. It's worth noting, however, that bergamot oil can cause side effects if used in excess.
